Everyone is welcome to this 75-minute Integral Yoga Class. Its purpose is to offer you a dedicated pause from the busyness and demands of daily life. While you’ll certainly build strength and flexibility, the focus is on your overall well-being, prioritising stress management and relaxation.
If you’re new to yoga or been practicing for some time, this is a friendly welcoming class, the practices are built on classical teachings of yoga and meditation and all practices are modifiable.
The class is taught in English, and if English isn’t your first language, don’t worry! I have some proficiency in Spanish too.
