Yoga for every body
As with all the classes we teach, there is an emphasis on cultivating awareness When you are aware, you are present to the information your body and mind is giving you. From the sensations in your body, to your thoughts and emotions.
It is these components and the way we practise asana that make this system of yoga ideal for anyone who is managing the symptoms of a modern lifestyle such as of stress, anxiety or overwhelm.
One of the things that defines this style of yoga is that the teacher rarely will demonstrate or practise with the student. There is no physical contact or physical adjustment to any postures during class and the instructions and adjustments are given verbally.
This class is suitable for students from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners.
